Our Charter:
Our referral agents must not take any financial incentives from any prospective
referrals.
Our Agents must be ethical in their business practices according to the
guidelines set our in our code of conduct .
All Members must have data protection registration with the Information
Commissioners Office (ICO) and their registration must be stated on their
website.
All members must declare to potential clients or their concerned relatives,
details of any clinics that they have a financial interest in.
All members must inform potential clients or their concerned associates
of all clinics published fees and of any reducted rates available.
All treatment fees must be applied transparently and full guidance
given regarding each package available.
Confidentiality
All personal information of clients received must be protected
Membership
Membership of this association gives clients the assurance that
they are receiving the benefits of ethical guidance.
We are stringent in our guidelines regarding acceptance criteria
for members. Members will be audited annually by NACAR to confirm
compliance with, and provide advice regarding, our policies.
Our ethos is to protect clients and clinics. We are a
UK independent body set up to promote ethical behaviour and professional
business practice in Addiction Referral Agents.
